Where and how are all of the garments made?
With ethical production being a key pillar in our business, our designer Dinah handmakes every item herself in her home studio in Chicago.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. If you are having trouble with your shipment or have concerns that we may not ship to your country, contact us via email (email@example.com) so we can ensure all concerns are addressed.
How long will it take for my garment to deliver?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow 2-4 weeks before shipment. Delays may happen and we will be sure to communicate that with you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items, but don’t worry, we won’t leave you hanging! Contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can get to the bottom of it together.
How do I care for a crochet piece?
Please treat your item with care. Keep item away from sharp/rough surfaces and objects so that it does not snag. For all products made out of merino wool, you must handwash using luke warm water and lay them flat to dry. For other items like the Go Faux It bucket hats, if you decide to use a washing machine, please do so on a cold and gentle/delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry. For a product that's long lasting, do not machine wash often.
Do you make Custom Items?
Yes, we do. Here you can customize the length, fit, and color(s) of a garment from a current or past collection. You may also request to create your own design. If you'd like to request a custom piece, please email email@example.com. Making a custom request does not solidify your spot in receiving a custom item, as spots are limited. Please keep in mind that customs do take longer to create, and that shipping times and prices vary depending on the requested item.
Do you make plus-size clothing?
Yes, we indeed do plus-size as it is an important pillar of ours to cater to all body shapes and sizes. If there is an item currently listed that is not in your size, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fill out the custom request form.
What is your return/refund policy?
At this moment, we can not offer refunds or accept returns for an item since everything is handmade to order. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us (email@example.com) so that we can work towards a solution together. In most cases, we can offer credit that can be used at your next purchase. Please make sure you select the right size and item before purchasing, and if you have any questions, contact us first.
